Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

RND Horizon LLC (“RND Horizon”, “we”, “us”) is a limited liability company organized in Florida, United States. We develop and publish games and apps under the RND Studio name, including Lost Angles for iOS and Android, and we operate this website, rndhorizon.com.

This policy explains what information is processed when you use Lost Angles or this website, why, and the choices you have. For the purposes of EU/UK data protection law and Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK), RND Horizon LLC is the controller. You can reach us at info@rndhorizon.com.

If we publish other apps, they may have a short supplement to this policy describing anything that differs.

3. Information in Lost Angles

3.1 Information stored on your device

Your progress, stars, coins, boosters, settings (such as sound and language), memory cards and Endless Hunt records are stored locally on your device. This information is not sent to us. If you delete the app or clear its data, it is erased.

3.2 Rewarded ads (Google AdMob)

When you choose to watch a rewarded video, the ad is served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, limit how often you see the same ad, and prevent fraud, Google may collect information such as your device’s advertising identifier (Apple IDFA on iOS, only if you allow tracking; Google Advertising ID on Android), IP address, device type, operating system, app version, and how you interact with the ad.

Personalized ads are shown only where permitted and, where the law requires it, only with your consent. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we ask for consent through a Google-certified consent message. On iOS, we ask permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, you may still see non-personalized ads. 3.3 Analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase)

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. They collect an app-instance identifier, device model, operating system and version, app version, language, approximate country or region, and gameplay events such as starting or finishing a level, using a booster, or claiming a rewarded-ad reward. Crashlytics collects crash reports with technical details about the error. We use this information to balance difficulty, improve the game and fix problems. It is not used to identify you personally. Where the law requires consent for analytics, we ask for it first.

3.4 In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms and privacy policies. We receive confirmation of the transaction (for example the product, time and a transaction identifier) so we can deliver your items. We never receive your card or payment details.

3.5 When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include (such as your device model, app version or screenshots). We use it only to answer you and improve the game.

4. Information on our website

• Contact form. If you use the form, we receive your name, email address, the type of inquiry and your message by email, and use them to reply.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) to keep the site secure and working.
• No tracking cookies. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

6. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the game and the website, under their own terms and data-protection commitments:

• Google (AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics) — Google Privacy Policy
• Apple and Google Play for app distribution and purchases
• Our web hosting and email providers

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or of RND Horizon, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply.

We do not sell personal information for money. Under some US state laws, allowing personalized ads may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising”; you can opt out as described below.

7. Your choices

• Ads are optional. You never have to watch an ad to keep playing.
• Ad tracking on iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
• Advertising ID on Android: Settings › Google (or Privacy) › Ads, where you can reset or delete it.
• Consent: where we rely on consent, you can review or withdraw it at any time from Privacy settings in the game’s settings menu.
• Erase local data: deleting the app removes all game data stored on your device.

8. Retention

Game data stays on your device until you delete the app. Analytics event data is kept for no longer than 14 months, and crash reports for about 90 days. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for up to 24 months afterward, unless a longer period is required by law. Advertising data is retained by Google under its own policies.

9. Children

Lost Angles is made for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses used by our providers.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit what we collect in the first place.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising. In the EU/UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority. In Turkey you have the rights listed in Article 11 of KVKK. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To make a request, email info@rndhorizon.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Because Lost Angles has no accounts, we usually cannot link analytics data to a specific person; resetting your advertising ID and deleting the app removes that link. We will help as far as we can identify information relating to you, and we may need to verify your request.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our games and the law change. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If changes are significant, we will also let you know in the game.
