These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and RND Horizon LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“RND Horizon”, “we”, “us”). They apply to Lost Angles and our other games and apps (the “Games”). By downloading or playing a Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.
1. App stores
If you downloaded a Game from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and these Terms supplement it. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Games or their content.
2. Who can play
The Games are made for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Games only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who must agree to these Terms and is responsible for any purchases.
3. Your license
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Games on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment, in line with these Terms and the rules of the app store you used.
4. Virtual items and purchases
- Coins, boosters, stars and other in-game items (“Virtual Items”) are part of your license. They have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for real money.
- You can earn Virtual Items by playing, by choosing to watch rewarded ads, or by purchasing them through the app store.
- Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. All purchases are final except as required by law or by the store’s refund policy. Refund requests are handled by the store.
- Game progress and Virtual Items are stored on your device. If you delete the Game, clear its data or change devices, they may be lost, and consumable items cannot be restored.
- We may change how Virtual Items are earned, priced or used, for example to balance the Game.
5. Rewarded ads
Some Games offer optional rewarded videos. The reward is granted after the video finishes. Availability may be limited, for example by a daily cap. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content; if you see an inappropriate ad, please tell us.
6. Fair play
You agree not to: cheat or use bots, hacks or modified versions; exploit bugs; interfere with ads, purchases or security features; copy, reverse engineer or redistribute the Games except as permitted by law; or use the Games for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or end your license if you break these rules.
7. Our content
The Games, including their characters, stories, art, 3D models, music, sounds, text and the name “Lost Angles”, are owned by or licensed to RND Horizon and protected by law. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you.
8. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the Games or any feature at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the Games will always be available or error-free.
9. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, RND Horizon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or Virtual Items. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Games is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If you keep playing after changes take effect, the updated Terms apply.
